Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
Jackson Gray 3, Inc. (JG3) is the sole owner of the PRAXIS brand and the information collected on this site. JG3 only has access to the information that you voluntarily give JG3 via email or other direct contact from you. You may provide information to JG3 when you: (1) place an order; (2) communicate with JG3 for assistance; or (3) request items be sent to your home or business. 

JG3 takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever JG3 collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way.


JG3 requests information from you on our order form. To buy from JG3, you must provide contact information (i.e. name and shipping address) and financial information (i.e. credit card number, expiration date, CCV). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If JG3 has trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

JG3 owns the rights to all content that is made available to you on this site, and prohibits the copying, redistribution, modification or public display of any content on this site without express written permission. 

Limitation of Liability
In no event will JG3 be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site. By using this site, you hereby release JG3, its employees, agents, content providers and licensors from any and all claims, damages, or losses of any kind.

JG3 makes no warranties of any kind with respect to this site except those expressly stated.


All orders will be processed during our normal business hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Upon receipt, orders will process and ship within eight (8) business days. Once the order is placed, you will receive an e-mail notification. Once the order is ready for shipment, you will receive a 2nd email notification that will include tracking information.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship outside of the U.S.

Do you Ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

How Do You Calculate Shipping?
The shipping cost is calculated by using both the pre-calculated weight of your order and the chosen delivery method. 

How Will My Item Be Shipped? 
We currently use USPS.


Our Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free from manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for shop credit only. 

Exchange Policy
All sales are final, excluding damaged/incorrect merchandise upon arrival. Any exchanges must be addressed within five (5) days of merchandise receipt. Damaged/incorrect merchandise will be issued a shop credit. Return shipping is at customer expense.

To be eligible for shop credit, you must first email us at praxis@jacksongray.com to alert us of the issue. We will then work with you to correct the issue if the product is still available. If a replacement is not available, we will extend credit for another item of same value.

Inspect all shipments upon arrival. Report any damages immediately by e-mailing us at praxis@jacksongray.com

Lost or Stolen Packages
JG3 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, JG3 will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
